friendly staff city centre clean interior expensive water missing safe broken elevator
the staff were friendly to me. the hotel is located very close to the city centre. inside, the hotel is clean and tidy. i snap many pictures inside the hotel.
they even sold water. one of the rooms i booked did not have any safe box. the elevator was out of service Sometimes.

The hotel is close to the city center. It is within walking distance to the main downtown area, a definite plus. The gym on site includes equipment. I used the available parking, VERY convenient. I liked that it was included.

The hotel features a breakfast buffet with decent options. Its location is advantageous with transportation and dining options nearby. I found it easy to catch the bus and tram from the hotel (a real plus for exploring). I appreciated the diverse culinary choices around.
The room walls seemed quite thin. I did hear some noise from the street at times (cars and motorcycles were noticeable). This impacted my sleep a little.

The hotel is near the old city, approximately a ten-minute walk. It has free parking available who arrive by car, a helpful amenity. The hotel includes a shopping center within a seven-minute walking distance.

polite staff spacious room clean room cold air outdated room old linen
The staff was very polite. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel had good places to eat right across the street open late into the night.
My ac would not give cold air so I didn't sleep much it was 31c. The room is outdated and the hotel needs a refurb. The linen provided is old and has strings out.
